This study has the purpose to clear the way of relationship with residents and purchasing facilities in new town to do the following 3 points. The primary point is to grasp actual condition and evaluation of shopping life in new town residents. The second point is to analyze present result based on the survey result in 82year and 95year already carried out in the comparison, and it examines the existence value of the purchasing facilities. The third point is to clarify significance and role which the public housing supply fulfilled, in the development of the new town.
