The purpose of this study is to clarify the teaching staffs educational support approach toward inclusive early childhood education in the Syracuse area, New York, USA. The subjects of this study participated in an inclusive class, representing various professions: regular education teacher, special education teacher, assistant teacher, PT, OT, ST, social worker, school psychologist, and nurse.
