In the building,storage or utilizing system it circulates circulate are mainly used water supply. The chlorine disappears on the tank system,and the biofilm is easy to be formed in piping,water storage tank wall surface,etc.. Then,the formation characteristic of the biofilm by the material difference was examined using some pipe fitting in this study. And,the formation control experiment of the biofilm by the chlorine was also carried out. As the result,the formation of the biofilm is different by the material. And,the effect which suppressed the formation of the biofilm by the chlorine was remarkable.
