Japanese industry requests fresh graduates joining in the society to improve basic skill such as communication ability, preparedness to tackle the problem in addition to principal knowledge. While the interpretation to deal with the skill-up is subject to further elaboration, this would be regarded essential for fresh persons to survive in modern industrial society.The thesis is to analyze the issue from the sociological view point, covering the structural change of industrial society due to the open network in the ICT era, the function of communication towards globalized world, social development and progressive communication related to industrialization. The future of Japan may depend on the communication, in particular, the common understanding to appreciate the principle role of communication to exchange and share mutually in the open network.
