“The title is unrelated to the ability as the leader. Enthusiasm and ability to get things done are criterion for the leader.” Tomiaki Fukuda who served as the leader of theBeijing Olympics group of Japanese athletes in 2008 asserts it. The women's wrestling league that took notice of nobody at that time was voluntarily started up by Fukuda, and the wrestling diplomacy was developed. After it had assumed the position of the vice-chairman of the world league, the Olympics official program adoption of the women's wrestling was appealed to chairman Samaranchi of IOC at that time. The words of Fukuda who has executed everything have thepersuasive power. The sporting world is supported by a lot of passionate persons. Thus, it is important to bring up the teacher who has enthusiasm even to the world of education. In the previous work, the thesis based on the corporal punishment consideration investigation is seen from department of education that educates many future teacher candidates. Moreover, there are very few researches on the sports leader compared with the instructional method in the present situation. In the field of the sports research, the instructional method is a center of theresearch. An essential problem definition of“ What are the roles of leader?” is not so seen. Today, a lot of problems concerning the leader surface, and a new morality formation are needed. This case study involves students who will aim to become elementary school teacher, junior high schoolhealth gym teacher, and the sports leader in the future.The purpose of this study is to identify the sports leader's new roles by comparing the sporting events and individual/team race, and bringing students' valuable true opinions. The analysis of this study is also to become basic material of the research continuance in the future.
