副睾丸に原発した横紋筋肉腫の1例

Here reported is a case of rhabdomyosarcoma of the epid i dymis which has been very rarely reported. This case is the third one in Japan. The patient, 39-year-old male, had a mass removed from the epididymis on the left which was later proved to be rhabdomyosarcoma based on pathohistological study. Metastasis to the lymphatic glands around the renal pedicle on the same side was found to be present one year after operation. Diagnostic and therapeutic problems were discussed.
