動きの乏しいY児の興味の開発・促進に関する実践的研究

本教育実践的事例研究は、脳腫瘍後遺症による動きの乏しい重度・重複障害児を対象に、主として健康の維持・増進を目的としてかかわった実践を分析の対象としている。特に、「立て抱き」と「音楽」といった「方法的興味」を潤滑油として、主に感覚運動あそび《のびのび体操》を媒介としたアプローチによって、Y児の「生存的原興味・表現的原興味・コミュニケーション的原興味」の誘発から「生存的現興味・表現的現興味・コミュニケーション的現興味」の開発・促進が目指された。その結果、出席日数や笑いの増加、便秘の減少等々の成果が認められた。したがって、教材《のびのび体操》には３つの「現興味」を開発・促進する要素が含まれているのではないかという仮説が実証された。指導過程におけるつまずきには、「方法的興味」である「音楽を聞くこと」と「立て抱きと上下の揺れ」が潤滑油的な役割を果たしており、極めて有効であることが明らかとなった。また、指導方法において、ラポートの形成過程における受容から対決への重心の移動の有効性も示唆された。さらに、休日・祭日等における本児に対する家族のかかわりが、本児の変容にとっていかに有効であったかが明らかになった。本児の興味の開発・促進は、家族の支援なしに有り得なかった。The purpose of educational practice reseach was to creative of interest for the severel and malutiply handcapped children. The method of the approarch was to develop and promote of “creative interest” from guidance of her “native interest” in life, in expression, in comunication through the sensory exercise play (“NOBI NOBI TAISO”). The results that increasing in the days attended to school and the number of times in her smiling were obtained. Therfore such hypotheses that the sensory exercise play might contaon an element which would develop and promote of three “creative interest”, wasestablished. It was clearly demonstrated that “Iistening to music” and “rocking up and down her in the arms”, the means of interest, played a role of lubricant and were effective in the setback in process of direction. It was also suggested that shifting its center of gravity from guidance to control on the formation of raort was effective in the means of ｄirection. Besides the fact that family relationship on holidays was so effective to the child's transformation shoud be clear. Witout her family's support, development and promotion of her interest would be out of the bounds of possibility.
