災害公害防除のための有効適切なテクノロジーアセスメントを実施するには，人間を含むシステムのモデリングとシミュレーションに関する新しい工学分野の解明が必要である．そのための緒として人間を含むシステムとしての情報論すなわち「人間の認識を通じ，人間に再投影する」ことを含む納得のレベルに関する情報論の研究が重要と考える
