Ten species and two subspecies comprising of six genera in the blenniid tribe Salariini are reported on the basis of 35 specimens collected from the rocky shores of Kochi Prefecture. Of these, the following five species and one subspecies are recorded here for the first time from our area: Cirripectes imitator Williams, 1985, C. castaneus (Valenciennes, 1836), Entomacrodus thalassinus thalassinus (Jordan and Seale, 1906), E. caudofasciatus (Regan, 1909), Istiblennius lineatus (Valenciennes, 1836), and Blenniella bilitonesis (Bleeker, 1858).
