本稿ではオーストラリアのホスピスを取り上げ、組織の重要な目的としてスピリチュアルケアを捉え、組織のミッション声明・スタッフ構成にもそれを反映している取り組みを紹介した。そしてどの職種のみがスピリチュアルケアに対応すると倭小化することなく、組織の方向性としてチームでそれぞれの専門性を生かしながら柔軟に対応していくことの意義を論じた。The paper introduced Australian hospice. The hospice addresses the task spiritual care as a main theme. And the mission statement and the staff constitution of the organization shows how earnest the organization is. And the paper discussed the significance of organization effort of making the most of specialty and leading all the strength of the team into the mission when each professional provides spiritual care.
