高齢のため他院で羊水検査を受けた結果，胎児染色体異常が判明し，人工妊娠中絶目的で入院した患者を受け持った。患者の気持ちの変化や胎児への思いなど，心理状態を推察し，適切なケアについて検討した。An elderly pregnant woman who had decided to have an abortion due to chromosomal abnormalities in her fetus through an amniocentasis was admitted to our hospital. Her emotional conflicts are discussed and desirable mental care for pregnant woman in conflicts with abortion are reviewed.
