It is possible to think that the design is a kind of the information processing.　It thought that the genius, the knowledge, the feelings wereimportant about the design until today.　However, a social requirement proceeds in the diversification and the specialization, and the solution of the problem is difficult in the method of the design until now.　“Virtual engineering is the proposal of the design way which coped with the environment change of the design in today.　In “virtual engineering, the designer processes personally various design conditions.　In the field of the production which needs a quick response, the design changes from the specialization and the division to the integration and the concentration.　There is this to study the possibility of the structure design the design element of which was an environment element (the weather condition, the landoform condition, the load condition and so on) and a social condition to be new by introducing the concept of “virtual engineering.
