The motion equation of the electron which moves in the high frequency electric field is solved and it is found that the plasma electron absorbs the electric power in the high frequency electric field. Next, the change of the absorbed electric power is examined both in the high pressure region (ω<ν) and the low pressure region (ω>ν). As a result, Pashen Curve which shows the relation between the gas pressure p and the breakdown voltage Vs is obtained.
