3章 単離・精製・活性測定 6. タンパク質 c光化学系I複合体や光化学系II複合体などのクロロフィル結合タンパク質をクロロフィルを結合した状態で分離し，その生化学的性質を解析するための方法のひとつとして，電気泳動的に分離することが行われてきた．いわゆるNative-PAGEであるが，得られるバンドが緑色をしているため，Native-Green PAGEとも呼ばれる．本節では，いくつかのNative-Green PAGEについて，実験方法を簡単に紹介する．For the biochemical analysis of chlorophyll-binding proteins such as photosystem I and II complexes, native PAGE is one of the tool to separate those proteins. The chlorophyll-binding proteins are colored in green on the gel.
