3章 単離・精製・活性測定 6. タンパク質 a調製した生体試料のタンパク質組成を解析する際などに，最初に行われる最も基礎的な実験のひとつがSDS-PAGEであろう．近年のプロテオミクス解析に於いて広く用いられる等電点二次元電気泳動でも，二次元目にはSDS-PAGEが行われるのが一般的である．比較的容易に行うことができるSDS-PAGEであるが，手元の生体試料に含まれているタンパク質群の中にある重要なタンパク質を見落とさないために留意しておくと良いことがある．本稿では，4種類のSDS-PAGE系を比較しながら，それぞれの実験方法を簡単に記述する．SDS-PAGE is one of the very basic techniques for the protein analysis. One has to keep in mind the availability and the limit of this technique.
