3章 単離・精製・活性測定 3. 酵素・電子伝達成分の精製・活性測定・定量 h酸素発生型光合成生物がもつ２種の光化学系（光化学系Iと光化学系II）の量比は，光などの環境条件により適応的に制御される．本章では光化学反応中心の定量法について紹介する．Stoichiometric relationships of photosystem II, cytochrome b6-f and photosystem I complexes are regulated by growth conditions such as light intensity and light quality.
