A constructive method to get right-left equivalence for smooth map germs and its application to divergent diagrams

In this paper the author presents two equivalence relations, weaker than the usual: equivalence over varieties and $R^+$-equivalence. The latter is presented in a monograph of V. I. Arnolʹd, S. M. Guseĭn-Zade and A. N. Varchenko [Singularities of differentiable maps. Vol. I, English translation, Birkhäuser Boston, Boston, MA, 1985]. The main results are estimates of the order of determinacy of the given $C^\infty$ divergent diagrams with respect to these equivalence relations.
