After the prolonged recession, attitudes of white-collar workers towards their employers, which have been usually seen positive, have changed slightly, our new survey shows. Many of them criticize downsizing practices and blame management behavior. One of three say they lost corporate loyalty; as many as half feel fatigue, and 63.9% face reduced chances of promotion. Many estimate the number of Japanese organization men who are ready to get independent is huge enough.
