Radial motions of gas behind strong shock waves which expand from the Galacticcenter are analyzed in the cases of rigid body and Kepler's rotations by an approximationof test particle. The period of the former is shorter than that of the latterand is just a half of the Galactic rotational period. Hence, we can regard the Galacticrotation as rigid body rotation in its center region. This is consistent with theusually accepted density distribution of gas.Particles which are rushed out by shock waves go on the Galactic disk and tendto come up with some of them after a certain time. Then the rotational curve isdeformed remarkably.The origin of the 270-pc expanding ring is considered, and effects of gaseous andmagnetic pressures are also discussed simply.
