The data collected from the campus of the Faculty of Agriculture, Shinshu University in Ina and the University Farm in Nobeyama from 1953 to 1977 has been analyzed and reported already in the previous paper (1978). In the present paper, meteological data, especially air temperature and precipitation collected from the above 2 stations from 1978 to 1983 were added and all of the data from 1953 to 1982 were collected together and the data for 30 years were analyzed by statistical treatment. The statistical analysis was performed by fitness to the normal and the logarithmic normal distributions. And also, present calculation method of the observation data was compared to the previons one which was reported already.
