夜型生活の子どもの発達への影響 : 3歳児の生活実態調査の分析から

This study asked mothers who had 42-month-children through questionnaires as to how their children spent their everyday home life and how they acquired the basics of daily skills. The results showed that the children with home-care acquired those skills most slowly and some of them kept late hours with watching TV, etc.; the majority of the children with day-care kept late hours although they acquired those skills earlist. Those children who kept late hours were rated higher on the scale of restlessness , impatientness and so on by their mothers. These influences of sleeping problems on children's behaviors and emotions were confirmed by structual equation modeling(SEM).
