As a possible alternative way to enhance teaching effectiveness and to expand the application of multimedia and the Internet to teaching,e-Learning has lately been receiving considerable attention. The purpose of the present paper is to review some features of e-Learning adopted in the College of Engineering from the viewpoint of learners and contents. Some problems and solutions when introducing e-Learning systems are viewed as many new challenges for us in the years to come,and it is our hope that e-Learning will enable us to better teaching effectiveness.Section 2 very briefly mentions the definitions of e-Learning and learners'attitudes towards e-Learning, Section 3 discusses some methods of creating teaching contents and editing HD media has been viewed as one of the promising technological inventions,and Section 4 turns to the three systems in which have been introduced as e-Leaning. Section 5 serves as conclusion and plans for the future development of e-Learning.
