体性感覚の発達的変化について～質問紙による3年後の変化の検討～

正常幼児における体性感覚の発達的変化について，著者等が作成した体性感覚発達チェックリストを用いて検討した．調査は3年間の間隔をおき，追跡できた同一被験児37名（男児16名，女児21名，再チェック時平均年令5才9カ月）を検討の対象とした．その結果， 1）各被験児のチェック数の変化については，全体として減少の傾向が見られ，6才児のグループで特に有意な減少が見られた． 2）各項目におけるチェック数の変化では20項目中13項目に減少傾向が見られ，特に項目12，16に有意な減少が見られた． 3）同一被験児におけるチェック項目の変動については，消失傾向を見せるもの，増加傾向を見せるもの，変化を見せないものの3種のパターンが見られた． 4）同一被験児におけるチェック数の変動については，初回時にチェックの多い被験児群は3年後においても同様の傾向を示す事が認められた．The developmental changes in tactile processing abilities were examined in 37 normal kindergarden children. The same children were tested twiceover a 3 year interval. A tactile processing questionnaire which was developed by the authors, was used to determine the maturity of the child's tactile processing abilities. Developmental changes indicated by the scores were statistically analyzed by cross-referencing 1) Whole age group 2) Each age group 3) Item 4) Score change by child on each item 5) Same child score change. Results showed 1) A tendancy for the mean scores to decrease compared to the total score, 2) The 6 year old group reached statistical significance at the 0.05 level, 3) 13 items out of 20 showed a decreasing tendancy in mean scores, and item numbers 12 and 16 reached statistical significance at the 0.05 and 0.01 levels, 4) Item numbers 6 and 16 were representive items showing decreasing scores with age, and 5) Children who appeared to be immature in the first test tended to remain the same after 3 years.
