This research has aimed to clarify how the progress of “Cellular phone” causes variousinfluences on information behavior of the young in our country.First of all, the author tried to analyze the publication trend on “Cellular phone”.The main points of the result are as follows.1) The owner of “Cellular phone”(subscriber)rises near 100million people, and is almost70% of the entire people as of 2005. The turning point of such a spread is opening“i-mode” system that developed NTTDoCoMo in 1999 to the public, and, as a result,everybody, even be not yet of age who have “Cellular phone” will be able to hook up to theInternet.2) From then, not only the minority but also boys of a low age group became extremelyeasy to access all sites concerning erotic sites, the online dating Web sites, and suicidehomicide in the Internet, etc.3) So, after three years the connections of “Cellular phone” to the Internet the social issuesconsernd “Online dating Web site” and “Erosait” came to happen frequently, and the bookon “Problem of the cellular phone” was published 39points from 2002through 2004. And,44books are published from 2005through 2007.
