Characteristics of Nb/NbOx/Al injectioncontrolled planar three terminal superconductingdevices (injection controlled links) have been studiedexperimentally. A built-in Nb/AlOx/Nb Josephsonjunction is used to perform direct tunnelingmeasurement, whose results show that the gap in the Nbstrip decreases according as its critical current issuppressed. It is also shown that the staticcharacteristics of the devices with high and lowinjector resistance can be fitted to a simple heatingmodel and a modified heating model respectively.
