A spectral analysis of seismograms obtained both on the ground and underground has been carried out. The observation places were at Hitachi Mine and Tokai-mura, Ibaraki Prefecture. It was clarified by comparing the observational results with the theoretical results, that the amplitude on the ground grows very large according to the multiple reflection of seismic waves in the superficial layer.この研究は,茨城県日立鉱山の地上と地下300m,茨城県東海村(日本原子力研究所構内)の地上と地下21m(場所(A)),地上と地下7m,21m(場所(B))の3組の地震動比較観測を行い,その記録をレスポンス,コンプューターによつて周期解析したものである.次に,この研究でわかつたことを列挙する.(1)地下深所における地震動の変位スペクトラムには山があり,その山になる周期は地震が大きいほど長くなる.
