The purposes of analyzing and discussing the records of teaching process practiced by two teachers, Chuji Onishi and Mikiyu Aoki is to consider the learning teachingprocess in Japanese language classes at the level of elementary school, in which processpupils asked themselves some questions and answered them on the spot by their ownabilities. The fresh significance of the fact that the two teachers converted "ateacher asks questions and a pupil answers them" way of instruction into that of "apupil asks questions and he auswers them" was derived from the two viewpoints. 1)How they elaborately discussed and programed the procedure or structure of askingquestions in classes. 2) How they gradually changed their classes where teachingprocedure itself was depended upon the first way of instruction into the second one.
