By adding nitrogen, mechanical properties are improved on Co-Cr-Mo alloy. In addition, it is possible to adjust nitric dosage by increasing composition of chromium. And, it is considered that by adding carbon to Co-Cr-Mo alloy, the metal structure changes, and that it affects mechanical properties. Then, corrosion resistance of high chromium Co-Cr-Mo alloy for dental casting which added nitrogen and carbon was examined on ion elution amount in spreading in 1% lactic acid in this study. As the result, it was proven that the elution amount of Co decreased on both nitrogen, carbon addition.
