Recent investigations of geochemical processes in the earth's interior produce continuously huge amounts of various data. Many geological and geophysical processes can be investigated by recently developing data-driven machine learning methods to make realistic modeling combining geochemical, geological, geophysical, and seismological time series data. In this paper, the author tries to apply the dimension reduction using phase-reduction equation method for modeling the geochemical processes in the plate dynamics.
