Today, as one of applications of SAR, interferometry analysis is used. By this, we can extract the height information or ground movement and so on. But, there is many errors in the result of this analysis They are from various factors-satellite position, water vapor, and so on. We study what factor causes them and how can we reduce the error to improve the precision. We calculated height values as ground truth date. We compared the error of interferometric observation with some parameters and analyzed their relations.
