This paper shows crowdsourcing can make local small and medium-sized enterprises overcome their disadvantage of lack of technical personnel, lack of funds and so on. The local enterprises will be able to can develop their products. It is possible to overcome their disadvantage. The development costs such as initial research studies and product package designing were greater burden for local small and medium-sized enterprises. These have been ever pointed out. In this study a few local small and medium-sized enterprises used crowdsourcing and placed orders for the works of the information collected, the competition of logos and illustrations. They were evaluated crowdsourcing from the experience of those orders. They said crowdsourcing was the big tool for their business. Especially upon new product development, marketing costs would be reduced, the market area would be expanded by the use of new techniques of ideas recruiting. And packaging and naming of new product would be easily in crowdsourcing. Study of construction know-how that local companies make the association of 6 next industrialization in crowdsourcing is required going forward.
