The Spontaneous magnetization of the crystal structure of K2NiF4 type has been investigated using Cu-NMR in temperature below 1 K at zero external magnetic field. In the study on millikelvin temperature, the spontaneous magnetization of ferromagnetic is depend on temperature. The experiments have been performed using a single crystal of K2CuF4. It is well known that the compounds K2CuF4 are the typical of the nearly two dimensional ferromagnetic. We obtain two peaks at the Cu-NMR spectrum at temperature of 470 mK. The peak of the lower NMR frequency is due to 63Cu nuclear spin and that of the higher NMR frequency due to 65Cu nuclear spin. The NMR frequency due to 63Cu and & 65Cu nuclei are 158 MHz and 167.5 MHz, respectively. The results of experiments showed spontaneous magnetization dependence on temperature and it is in accordance with the spin wave theory.
