In the previous article, we have described the importance of concept formulation. Japanese education is historically adhered to the subjective education. This tendency is partially improved in the revised Japanese GENERAL POLICIES REGARDING CURRICULUM FORMULATION. In new policy, the importance of formal education is valuded higher than previous policies. This is, certainly, an effort to re-vitalize Japanese education. This shift is not sufficient for average students to acquire decisive abstract concepts required for the full understanding of complicated subjects. For example, Physics requires abstract concepts that would not be developed in daily experiences of average students. Those concepts require several layers of paradigm changes. In this article, we analyze how the students acquire the concept of particle by examining the Physics textbooks from elementally school to high school. The problem of textbook is that the text authors tend to write only for one grade year. The interaction of concepts acquirement through entire school years is neglected in the present Japanese physics textbooks. To correct this problem, the textbooks should be arranged considering the concepts acquisition process in the entire school years. This, however, is very difficult in the present situation. Otherwise, we must produce a series of sub-textbook devoted to help teachers in order to facilitate the students' acquisition of basic abstract concepts through entire school years.
