Rinkozan-Jizoji temple owns a manuscript titled "Kenmitu Shojaku Mokuroku", which was transcribed in the Edo period. The manuscript is a catalogue of literature written by two Buddhist monks : Jitsudo wrote the first half while the latter half of the manuscript was written by Kakudo. In this article, the author revealed that the book is a private catalogue listing literature which Jitsudo and Kakudo personally copied or owned, by comparing the catalogue with the literature currently owned by Jizoji Temple. The author argued that the manuscript, though not completed, serves as a valuable source to understand the learning of Buddhist monks during the Edo period.
