These factors were labeled as preservation of animals and kindness to animals. (2) Grief experience of close relative animals was related to preservation of animals and kindness to animals. Furthermore, attitude factors were evaluated by the attitude to animals scale scoring, and the following results were obtained; attitude to animal levels of the students who experienced grief was higher than the others. The results of the present study suggest the possibility of using the loss of pets or animals that children are close to educate children on how to respect life.
