The school subject called "the system theory" changed the purpose from a system administratornational examination pass into an IT passport national examination pass. At first I arrange the constantinterpretation that made "the system theory" which continues existing positioning, fixation as "a systemtheory" of the narrow sense in this way and describe it. I mention the application to other charge subjectsof the writer. With that in mind, I catch this again and spread a way of thinking to "the system theory" ofthe wide sense. I try it to develop various works that I took out of in the study or study for "the systemtheory" of this wide sense.
