This study investigated the modalities of support for preschool children with food allergies. Recently, allergic diseases have been increasing. It is said that approximately one-third of the population is afflicted with some sort of allergic disease. The most common allergic diseases among children in kindergartens and day nurseries are food allergy diseases. In nurseries and kindergartens, each childcare person must support the development of the children's minds and health. In other words, each childcare person has to support the quality of life in the kindergarten. The purpose of this study is to clarify the current state of food allergies among nursery and kindergartenchildren. In addition, it aims to clarify the purpose of supporting children with food allergies and discuss supporting children with food allergies. It concludes that food assistance should be offered to preschool children with allergic diseases as follows: a. By creating a safety manual for children with allergic diseases b. By offering adequate assistance to parents c. By collaborating with health care institutions d. By assisting parents to understand their children's condition e. By sharing information and assistance with other childrenThese five items are not independent of each other. Support in each item should be made in relation to the others.
