Numerous papers have been published relating to Japanese style management, and the most part of them laid stress on the intensive interactions among firms, in-house management and related persons (stake-holders). At the same time, not a few authors criticized that Japanese systems were good at establishing efficient production lines and minimizing production costs, but could not have sufficient functions to elaborate their own long-term managerial strategy and discipline. This paper tries to introduce about activities of those who had aggressive impact on the formation of so-called "Japanese style management", and identify another aspect of their own thinking.
