On the way of a charactarization of the variety of contacts Σ(ω,l^^-) between the two foliations F(ω) and F(dl^^-), we will calculate the eigenvalues of the (n-1)×(n-1) Hermitian matrix (∂^2l/∂Z_i∂Z^^-_j) at a critical point p on L of the distance function l = l^^-_L defined by the restriction l^^- to L.
