In this research, I focused on the product architecture about the effective Inter-organizational Relation Maintenance in the view from the seller of computer industry. In this paper, I analyzed a product measure of IBM for the purpose. Consequently, the strong point of its company was platform-sized, the module of the other company and cooperation were purposed, while filling a buyer's needs with providing a buyer solution, the seller created information gap among buyers and it was shown clearly that Inter-organizational Relation Maintenance was achieved.
