概要

• This paper proposes a lesdership evolution, by reviewing the recent criticism on MBA and business schools, and also analyzing the underlying culture of the current societies of the two categories of individualism and collectivism. Recognizing that the current global economic turmoil has been caused by both of these two culture societies, a new definition of leadership in the 21st century is proposed. It is called Social Leadership provide with 'dedicating learning competency', harmony-ism, besides 'acquiring learning competency' of MBA. Also suggested is an evolution of the current business schools to the institutions for Social Leadership development.
