We clarified issues in yogo(nursing) teacher training at the Department of Child Development and Education and clarified students needs awareness. The survey was conducted through group interviews. We found that students view taking subjects on nursery nursing and experience gained in practical training at nurseries and childcare facilities as important, but the survey also showed that students were dissatisfied with professional studies offered to them as yogo teachers. Yogo teacher training at the Department of Child Development and Education requires the following direction: 1) Enhancing specializations that satisfy students. 2) Telling students the advantages of different types of training and obtaining other licenses while providing learning that enables the students themselves to find meaning in experiencing practical nursing training.Teachers must themselves conduct yogo training meaningfully by countinuously confirming student learning satisfaction. 3) Consider supporting students in their willingness to learn Specifically, implement a yogo "circle" that students suggest and create learning support. 4) Create place and opportunity for reaching and keeping in touch with educational fronts so that education meeting yogo teacher needs is ensured.
