A new ranging system for geosynchronous satellites has been developed. In this system, the distance between satellite and ground station is measured by the correlation of "real" up-link and down-link communication signal. We expanded this "passive" ranging system for measurement using two ground stations. At station A, up-link signal is converted and recorded with time-tag. At station B, down-link signal is processed as station A. Then, the recorded data at both stations was collected via internet. By the comparison of data from two stations, we can obtain round-trip time, i.e. A -> Satellite -> B. If one-station ranging (A -> Satellite) is performed simultaneously, the orbit of geostationary satellite can be determined from the passive ranging data only.
