Performance of power cycle, which utilizes low temperature heat source, was evaluated. The power cycle was supposed to use the mixtures of CO_2 and its absorbent as a working fluid. The main concepts of the use of the CO_2 are that CO_2 has low environmental influence and moderate high working pressure of CO_2 lowers the relative mechanical loss, which is inevitable when there is moving parts, especially when the power system is small. The system assumed has an expander, a pump and three heat exchangers, that is, evaporator, condenser and regenerator. The regenerator enables to reuse the heat after expander to heat up the fluid from the pump. As an expander to produce power was assumed to work adiabatically in the ideal state. And adiabatic efficiency 0.8, and pump efficiency 0.6 were adopted in the evaluation. Among three materials used as absorbent (ethanol, methanol and acetone), acetone showed the appropriate efficiency with the practical efficiency of expander and pump.
