THz scanning antenna based on quasi optical techniques are proposed and studied. One consists of rotatable mirror and quasi optical feed including monopulse feed. Another is composed by extended hemispherical lens/dielectric waveguide feed, which is key innovation of this scanning antenna, inverse Cassegrain antenna and transform lens. Simulation of the antenna is carried out. The some experimental results of the antenna radiation pattern are presented, good performance has been obtained.
