The Partial Element Equivalent Circuit (PEEC) method has become a very popular approach for the solution of electromagnetic problems. From this method, the field analysis based circuit network may be obtained that is useful in using the general purpose circuit simulators. In time-domain, the possible late-time instability is a well-known problem. In this paper different approach for solving the instability problem is proposed. In this approach, the discrete complex image method (DCIM) is used that may truly involve the interaction between cells. The proposed approach is verified by the numerical simulations.
