A whistle blowing includes very difficult and conflicting problems. A whistle blowing is, on one hand, regarded as actions which not only expose bad things in a company in a society, but also throw a company into serious situations. On the other hand, a whistle blowing is understood as good and profitable actions to people (especially consumers) and a society. Although a whistle blower is the one who behaves properly for people and a society in most cases, he is considered as the one who betrays a company and is discharged immediately. If he is not discharged, a whistle blower is stubbornly harassed and bullied by others belonging to the same company. In most cases, eventually the whistle blower confronts a very severe situation in order to make him quit his company. Why does the whistle blower who did good things to people and a society have to save a serious and unprofitable situation? Certainly, the whistle blower, who has thought to do a breach of faith to a company, is considered as a betrayer. A fundamental problem is the existance of a company itself taking such actions that should be charged by a whistle blower. Therefore when we knowthe fact that a company has done something wrong and unethical, we hesitate we should take an action as a whistle blowing in order to redess the company's action.
