In this paper the descriptions of the adult, pupa and larva of Paraprays anisocentra (MEYRICK) (=Hyponomeuta usuguronis MATSUMURA) are given, and the important characters are figured in detail. Pupa (figs. 23-25) : Length 5.5-7 mm, width about 1/4 length. Dark brown. Abdomen with distinct spines as illustrated. Mature larva (figs. 8-22): Length 11 mm (longest). Average width of head 0.8mm. Head brown with black-brown markings, eye-spot black. Body dark grey-brown, venter paler, with yellow-green to grey-green dorsal, supraspiracular and subspiracular lines; pinacula black; prothoracic shield black; thoracic legs black-brown, with brown claws; peritreme of spiracles black-brown; anal plate nearly black. Ecological notes: Bivoltine. Larva gregarious, in a dense common web on leaves of Albizzia Julibrissin DURAZZINTI (Leguminosae). Pupa in a dense white cocoon within the larval web. Hiber-nating in pupa. Adults emerge from late in May to early in July and from the middle of August to September. Larvae in mid June-during August and late August-mid October.
