• The excrement which the cow of stock raising, a pig, and a hen take out has so far been used as a compost mainly. Because these quantity is continuing increasing, the suitable processing method is searched for towards the low of the administration of livestock excrement which will be enforced in the 2004 fiscal year. As part of the livestock excrement effective use, the chicken-droppings fuel firing fluidized bed boiler power generation plant which consume the about 42,000t chicken droppings per year collects the energies as steam and electricity was supplied to the Minami-Kyusyu Biomass in Kagoshima Prefecture by Takuma. Here, the plan outline and the commissioning result of this plant are reported.
