This research considered that human's aggressiveness was the energy for living, and aquestionnaire was developed to measure the grade direction and tendency of destructiveenergy. The questionnaire constituted of fifteen items supposing four factors (aggressiontowards self or others, expression or un-expressing) about expression of aggressiveness.228 undergraduates rated their aggressiveness using this questionnaire. A factor analysisindicated three subcategories: "self-aggressive action", "self-aggressive feeling", "othersaggressivefeeling." For these subcategories, the coefficients of alpha ranged from .80 to .90.However, self-aggressive action was not constituted as a measure because a few itemsseemed to be not daily basis action. We should classify detail of aggressiveness from somepoint, such as feeling, cognition and action.The classification of aggressiveness is ambiguous, and the problem of aggressiveness isdeeply connected with human life. Consequently we should do more subdivided research.
